Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping-At It's The Holidays, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We are able to offer free shipping to you for all products. We do this is by e-packet shipping, therefore enabling us to provide you with lower prices. Items purchased for The US, delivery will be sent via USPS postal services. Please allow up to 8-15 working days for The US orders delivery. Items purchased for overseas, outside of The US, delivery will be sent via standard shipping or e-packet. Please allow up to 30-45 working days for outside of The US overseas delivery. Overseas delivery charges are based on order value and are calculated during the checkout process. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered when ordering. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which might take an additional 2–4 days. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS Postal Service and overseas orders are shipped by e-packet which is a Postal Service product servicing 38 countries. FOR US ORDERS-After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination. Due to COVID-19, International delivery usually takes about 8–15 business days, but can take longer from time to time. We hope this situation will change soon and we could have normal delivery times. Shipping times by zones: The US: 8-15 business days Overseas: 20-45 business days Returns- We do not accept returns or exchanges. All our ordered items and sales are final. Please refer to our size guide and details before purchasing! If your item was received damaged, please contact us and we will respond accordingly. Refunds (if applicable) Items will not be refunded unless they have been received damaged to the costumer. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You may also want to contact your credit card company or your bank since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It's absolutely normal that it takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
